OUTDOOR LIVING AND DECK DESIGN

Not unlike our other design services, we have experience in designing anywhere from simple one level decks to multiple tier decks and outdoor living spaces. These can be as addition to existing outdoor structures or as a new structure tied into your residence, landscaping, or dock. For the DIY group, we can provide framing plans which you would want to be reviewed for structural, but you could then use to build your own deck.  The key to these designs is the measurements. Making sure that your design uses standard length lumber to avoid waste, but also to make sure that posts are properly located with grade and site considerations. These are very affordable design plans and can usually be completed within a couple of days… or less.

 

For the full outdoor living spaces which are more design intensive, 3D renderings are very valuable in evaluating the look and feel of your new space. With the tools we use, we can apply colors and materials to make sure your new space is the feel you are looking for. We can also place 3D landscape products into your design to make sure everything from natural materials to live plants, AV, lighting, and all come together for your Outdoor oasis.
