Our services are provided within a niche value at the beginning of your design project and as such we only provide residential services through Conceptual Design with some Schematic drawings for the next professional to work on your design project.
CONCEPT to SCHEMATIC
We provide high-level design thinking at the outset of your project following a very structured and collaborative design process to create the main design ideas and a crucial design concept. This service is suited for clients who want confidence in their design but wish to finalize and manage the project independently or seek insight into preliminary feasibility prior to going to final working drawings. The deliverable includes a Concept Design Portfolio (approx. 5-6 drawing sheets and 6-10 renderings) with design fees typically ranging between $4.5 -10k.*
