This is the second time we have used Kevin at Rendering Services and both times we have been extremely pleased with the results. Our project was a unique one, a barndominium with a full sized basketball court in it. I knew what I wanted to build in my mind but working with Kevin, we were able to bring that to life. Kevin is extremely thorough, detail oriented and easy to work with. The deliverables at the end of the project were incredibly detailed. “My wife and I hired Kevin to design us a new entry way, siding, roof and outdoor living space for our cottage in “Up North” Michigan. The design process, driven by the questionnaire, was well thought out and extremely helpful.He provided a list of questions up front which forced us to not only engage but to think about what was important and what our priorities were. It was also great to see that our inspirational photos showed up in our final design. Kevin is a very prompt communicator and was always prepared for our meetings to go over design progress. He also listened to our ideas and did not get us into a design that was beyond our budget, or our needs.
We are thrilled with the design(s) he produced and he was more than willing to redo components or change colors and materials so we could easily evaluate the impact on the fly. Those changes were incorporated quickly, which helped streamline our decisions. Kevin even put together alternative designs in advance of our meetings to show options we could see in a walk through to quickly see the differences.. This made the process not only enjoyable, but very efficient for us. We have everything we need to solicit bids for the construction and getting our remodel going! Kevin worked with us to develop a comprehensive plan for our new back deck.
